I’d been living at the grand for over 10 yrs and I can honestly say The food and staff are truly amazing! the were recently in the news but accidents happen and necessary steps were taken to bring everything back to normal. Don’t believe in people’s hateful and exaggerated comments from competitors or hateful people. I eat there EVERY DAY and I am extremely healthy and happy at Primo’s!

Besides the best Italian Food ( of course it’s an Italian restaurant) the steak is incredible. Don’t waste your time going to an Outback etc. The service is excellent.....bottom line the place is amazing.

Food was good but service lacked. They seem quite appreciative of and attentive to their locals/regulars, which is great. However, if they're caught up in conversation with them, or in general, you will be ignored. Other guests had to signal for assistance as well despite low volume and adequate staffing.
